daily inspiration: the joy – and pain – of taking breaks

Posted on: May 19, 2011

Hi everyone. It’s been waaaay too long since the last post… left mid-thread! My apologies. I’ve been traveling, coaching and teaching (and attending) workshops nonstop for the past few weeks, leaving little time to write my favorite reflections. While it’s been a joy to be as busy as I have doing what I love, I miss you!

Taking breaks is wonderful for renewal – but also difficult for continuity because of getting out of routine. Please forgive my absence, and thanks for your encouragement to get back here!

Action: Think about your regular activities. Is there anything you need a break from? Or, something that it’d serve you better to resume regular action?
